THE HARMONY REUNION

A WEEKLY REHEARSAL PROGRAM

The Pan African Choir Ensemble gathers every Thursday evening for the weekly rehearsal and practice session known as The Harmony Reunion. This program serves as a consistent creative space where members come together to refine musical arrangements, develop choreography, rehearse performances, and strengthen artistic collaboration. It is a vital part of the ensemble’s rhythm, sustaining continuity, discipline, and collective growth.

VENUE & WEEKLY GATHERING

The Harmony Reunion is held at Buganda Road Primary School (BRPS), a centrally located and accessible venue that has generously hosted the ensemble for the past 14 years at no cost.

Due to limited space at the choir’s head office at YMCA, which can only accommodate less than six members at a time, the school provides essential facilities including rehearsal space, washrooms, furniture, parking, and occasional storage for instruments and costumes.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The Harmony Reunion is designed to maintain consistency, discipline, and unity within the ensemble. It provides a structured environment for rehearsing African choral music, folk arrangements, poetry, and performance works while strengthening artistic cohesion and creative direction.

IMPACT OF THE PROGRAM

The Harmony Reunion not only sustains the artistic excellence of the ensemble but also reinforces the values of discipline, collaboration, and cultural preservation. It remains a vital pillar in the organization’s broader mission of cultural exchange and community engagement.

JOIN THE JOURNEY

The Harmony Reunion welcomes supporters, partners, and cultural collaborators who believe in the power of music, education, and community. Through consistent rehearsal and shared purpose, we continue to build a platform where African artistic expression thrives and creates lasting impact.

THE PAN AFRICAN CHOIR FOR BRPS CAMPAIGN

Honoring a Longstanding Partnership

Since 2013, Buganda Road Primary School has served as more than a rehearsal venue—it has been a foundation for artistic continuity and community connection.

In recognition of this long-standing support, the Pan African Choir nonprofit organization is developing the Pan African Choir for BRPS Campaign, a contribution initiative aimed at supporting educational needs and services for vulnerable students at Buganda Road Primary School, honoring the spirit of partnership that has helped shape who we are and sustain our work over the years.
